When Integrity Connect approached us their website had been live for 7 months with no optimisations in place. As such, other than referral traffic from other websites within their group they weren’t getting any website traffic.
Whilst they’d invested in getting a nice-looking website built, it wasn’t user-friendly and didn’t abide by SEO best practices. They wanted help launching the new brand and advice on how to utilise their in-house resources to boost their brand visibility and increase website sessions.

We started this project a little bit differently to our usual approach. We worked very closely with the team at Integrity Connect to establish what their service offering actually looked like. Their website had phrases such as “inbound” and “outbound”, but didn’t actually give any explanation as to what services they could provide.
Through collaborative keyword research and ongoing discussions, we soon discovered the services that Integrity Connect wanted to push. We spent lots of time refining these service offerings in order to highlight the full scope of capabilities available to business through Integrity Connect.

With a new insight into the business services now established, we got to work putting together a strategy to help to drive Integrity Connect forward. We explored what in-house resources were available and allowed time for consultancy to ensure these were being utilised to their best potential.
We conducted the usual discovery research including a competitor analysis and website audit and created a 6 month and 12 month plan of how we would move forward with their SEO. We focused on quick wins in the short term before really propelling it forward with big wins within a 12 month period.

With this being a new brand and website, we had a heavy focus on building brand awareness. We harnessed the power of their in-house team to create a solid social media presence, and advised them on techniques for building their social audiences. LinkedIn was a key focus for them as they are a B2B service provider, so it was essential that we reached as many business owners/decision makers as possible.
We got to work optimising their current website, writing new landing pages and creating a new website structure. Working from a well crafted sitemap we started to build out relevant pages that corresponded to relevant keywords for their services.
We then designed and developed a new homepage and landing pages to support more content for better UX and CRO. We used heat mapping to gauge the users response to these new formats and edited the content accordingly through A/B testing.
We implemented a solid blog strategy to provide in-depth content. We picked the brains of their in-house experts to ensure we were creating unique content that wasn’t currently available from other sources. This positioned Integrity Connect as thought leaders, providing content that was both informative and distinctive for their brand.

Since implementing our strategies we’ve seen a significant increase in traffic from all digital marketing channels. With the in-house team keen to continue pushing organic social media and working with us to implement PPC strategies, we continue to grow the visibility of the Integrity Connect Website.
After gaining some high quality backlinks they’ve now begun ranking for high-value keywords. With the implementation of schema markup we’ve managed to gain SERP features such as people also ask and featured snippets.
Now we’ve established key seasonal trends based on the data collected and we have implemented extra strategies to support growth during these high-peak periods.
We continue to work with Integrity Connect on an ongoing basis and have big plans to continue the expansion of their brand.
We were successful in helping Integrity Connect to launch their new brand and have massively increased their brand awareness, website sessions and enquiries.
Since starting work with Integrity Connect we have increased monthly enquiries by an average of 4,700%. Since the start of 2023 we have increased website conversions by a further 140%, showing an ongoing increase due to the data-driven strategy that we have in place.
We have increased the number of organic keywords that Integrity Connect are ranking for by 1,040% since January 2022. We have increased the number of keywords on page 1 by 2,200% during the same time period.
Year on year we’ve increased the number of engaged website sessions by 49%. During this time we’ve seen the engagement rate increase from 42% to 63%. This shows our UX enhancements are resulting in more engagement from website visitors.
With this being a brand new domain we had a huge focus on increasing the number of referring domains and backlinks in order to improve their domain authority. In total, since starting SEO work we have increased the number of backlinks by 366%.
