Labels Plus, a supplier of high-quality bespoke printed labels, approached Clever Clicks with a challenge: their existing website was outdated, lacked user-friendliness, and wasn’t generating valuable leads. We knew exactly what to do.

The Challenge: From Outdated to Optimised

Labels Plus had a website that was outdated, simplistic and lacked informative content. There was hardly any imagery or rich content on the website, and the pages were unappealing. They had a blog full of old, irrelevant content that was bringing random users to the website with no hopes of converting them.

They knew it was time to do something about it.

Our goal was to completely revamp Labels Plus’s online presence. We set out to design and develop a website that was:

  • Informative: Providing clear and concise information about Labels Plus’s products and services.
  • User-Friendly: Easy to navigate and find the information visitors need quickly.
  • Built with SEO and CRO in Mind: Optimised for search engines and designed to convert visitors into leads.

It was important to have a well-rounded approach for this project. We had several calls with the Labels Plus team to establish their brand and business goals and designed our strategy around them. This website needed to look nice and include top-notch functionality to ensure we could continue to optimise it.

Who are Labels Plus?

Labels Plus caters to a wide range of clients, from well-known brands like Harvey Nichols and the NHS to smaller businesses in the food, beverage, cosmetic, and medical industries. They’ve also provided labels for charities like the RSPCA and Cancer Research.

To reflect Labels Plus’s impressive portfolio and commitment to quality, our in-house design team created a sleek, modern website design.  Our developers then custom-coded the entire website, ensuring all elements are completely bespoke and can be easily adapted as Labels Plus grows.

Key Features of the New Labels Plus Website

  • Sleek, Modern, and User-Friendly Design: A website that’s easy to navigate and encourages users to explore.
  • Multiple Search and Category Options: Making it easy for visitors to find the exact labels they need.
  • Clear Calls to Action (CTAs): Each page is designed to guide visitors towards contacting Labels Plus for a quote.
  • Optimised for SEO: This website serves as the foundation to allow Labels Plus to rank higher in search engine results.
  • Informative Content: We wrote every landing page to support customers’ queries, gaining expert insight from the Labels Plus team.
  • Passes Web Core Vitals: Built to support the latest page speed requirements, ensuring users are met with a speedy and well-performing website.
  • Near Perfect Technical Site Health: With a technical health score of 98/100, the new website is built for long-term success.
  • Built with Custom Fields: With our custom-coded websites, it’s easy to navigate the backend and make amends, simplifying future optimisation.
