Location: Remote – work from home position with occasional travel requirements

Salary: £30,000 – £36,000 depending on experience

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior PPC Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing pay-per-click campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Bing and social media platforms.

 

This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for digital marketing and a keen understanding of market trends. As a Senior PPC Executive, you will be responsible for optimising campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversions, and maximise return on investment.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing & Social media platforms.
  • Develop PPC strategies for a variety of clients.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
  • Utilise Google Tag Manager to track and measure campaign performance effectively.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with the wider digital marketing team to ensure alignment of PPC strategies with overall digital marketing efforts.
  • Create compelling ad copy and landing pages that enhance user experience and drive conversions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance to clients, highlighting insights and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Oversee social media management efforts related to paid advertising initiatives.
  • Lead monthly catchup calls with clients to discuss campaign progress and any new suggestions.

 

Required Skills/Experience:

  • At least 3 years of PPC experience.
  • Experience managing all types of ad campaigns.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience managing both lead generation and e-commerce PPC campaigns.
  • Ability to manage accounts of all sizes, with small and large budgets.
  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and analytics tools for tracking campaign performance.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing to optimise campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings effectively.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills in the ever-evolving digital landscape.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills, ability to prioritise and manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

 

Desirable Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in creating and managing paid social media campaigns.
  • Experience working within a Digital Agency.
